Welcome to Day 21. This half-an-hour slow-paced, restorative session is centered around lower back and spine health. Through a series of fluid-like movements, focused breathing and gentle stretches we will work on cultivating the energy in the lower dantian as well as promoting blood flow to the area. Perfect when you carry a lot of muscle tension or experience pain and aches in the lower back.
