My goal is to help you connect with your body, relieve stress from your mind, gain strength and feel good from the inside out.
I’m very happy to have discovered Qigong at such an early age. What started as a hobby turned into a journey that has helped shaped who I am today.
My Own Qigong Journey
Qigong runs in my family, my mum is a certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor and Chinese Medicine practitioner who was my mentor along the way. I began taking seminars and attending workshops in addition to my daily practice.
During that time I trained under the lineage of master Lee Lee Sian ( Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and continue regular practice with master Vladimir Silaev as well as attend workshops in Europe and Russia.
I realised that Qigong is a great tool that people can use to increase strength and flexibility whilst also reducing stress and helping us feel good all day everyday.
In 2016, I began teaching a wellness class at a local sports center, the sessions would encourage mindful breathing combined with moderate, self-paced stretching and balancing exercises. It quickly gained traction, as people who could no longer do active fitness and even yoga due to back injuries enjoyed the gentle nature and guided breathing exercises that leave them feeling relaxed yet energised.
Today, I teach weekly Qigong classes as well as private 1-2-1 sessions. I also thoroughly enjoy sharing free Qigong videos on my YouTube channel dedicated to daily practice.
