As autumn approaches, it's the perfect time to immerse yourself in breathing practices that help to support the metal element and our respiratory system. Despite the rain, autumn’s weather brings dryness. We can see that connection between nature cycles and us if we develop symptoms like dry skin and a dry cough. To keep the lungs strong and moist, dedicated breathing practices are good during this time. In the class we will focus on opening the chest and the spine to stretch the rib cage and stimulate the lungs meridians as well as cultivating a harmony through mindful breathing.
