Online Qigong Class #155

Qigong With Kseny

This week’s Qigong class is about supercharging your legs! We will focus on regaining the lower body strength by nourishing the connective tissues around the joints.

Strong connective tissue provides stability to joints and is more resilient to injuries such as sprains and strains. Hydrated and elastic tendons increase joint flexibility and range of motion, enabling us to live and perform daily tasks free from limitations.

In Tai Chi and Qigong, tendons are considered an integral part of the body's energy pathways. Training tendons is believed to contribute to the development of internal strength by facilitating the flow of energy throughout the body.

Through a series of static and dynamic Qigong exercises that are beneficial for hydrating the connective tissues of the hips, knees and ankles to help you regain confidence and feel strong on your feet.
