Online Qigong Class #145

A 50 minute restorative Qigong practice to help you release muscle tension, relax the nervous system and shift toward a more present and connected state. The class is a combination of slow, controlled stretches and fluid-like movement of the 18 forms Taiji Qigong. Ending the class with Cloud Hands and Tibetian breathing exercises to promote harmony and balance the energy in the body.
