Qigong With Kseny

A regular Qigong practice can help to keep the energy moving, regulating the system both physically and energetically and replenishing our resources. When we take time to balance our energy that way, we are unlikely to experience crashes of exhaustion, mental fatigue, mood swings, cravings for unhealthy food and stimulants. In today’s class, we will focus on exercises that help to balance the energy flow in the body as well as replenish the energy resources. We will do a series of breathing exercises that help to reset the nervous system (anxiety, excess worry) and restore the mind/body balance - ending with a 10 minute meditation. I look forward to practicing together and creating a strong healing group energy!
