Day 18 | Build Strength & Improve Balance (Swimming Dragon)

Welcome to Day 18. Today, we embark on a serene yet powerful 25-minute session , focusing on balance, flexibility and strength. This session begins with gentle warm up exercises followed by the balancing leg exercises and lower back stretches - ending the class with Swimming Dragon to release tension from the back and strengthen the hips, back and neck. Ideal as a slow-paced, strength and conditioning full body routine.
