5 Animals Play
In this course, you'll learn the fundamentals of The Five Animals Play Qigong or Wu Qin Xi (literary translates as Exercise of the 5 Animals). Developed in 145 – 206 BC by a famous Chinese physician Hua Tuo who lived during the late Han dynasty, this set of exercises imitates the physical movements of animals to improve flexibility, strength and balance. There are five animals: tiger, deer, bear, crane and monkey with two movements per animal. Let's begin!
