Welcome to the 21 Day Beginner Journey.I know first hand how powerful a daily practice can be. Just a little bit of movement and breathing can shift the way you feel [about yourself / in your body ] and transform the energy of the whole day. This program is designed to support you:

•If you are a complete beginner and need some guidance to get you started

•If you are returning to practice after time away

•if you are lacking consistency in your daily practice and want to create a habit of daily qigong rituals

We start easy with 10 minute sessions the first week and gradually progress to 20 and 30 in week 2 and 3. You will not need any equipment, just light clothes and shoes or no shoes if you are practicing indoors. Just bring yourself and enjoy the process!
